Reformer Pilates
Our classes are designed to reflect the fundamental root of the Pilates method using a modern approach, allowing for the creativity to flex and stretch to encompass dynamic, athletic, sweaty classes as well as more gentle ones.
All classes are intentionally small, holding up to 7 persons in a class. This allows us to provide tips and tools so that you experience a more effective workout and a deeper mind-body connection. We believe it’s about empowering you with a resilient able body and keeping you energised and consistent in your daily movement practice.
Our classes are suitable for all abilities, with support from our expert & supportive instructors, and will strengthen & stretch you from tip to toe!

Mat Pilates
Our Mat classes a fun, dynamic and take you back to original moves created by Joseph Pilates. The mat is a fantastic place to exercise as you will learn moves that you can do even outside of the studio.
A free flowing class, working on a balance of strength and stretch. We keep the pace suitable for all and really focus on that mind body connection.
In this class you will learn that you can really work hard and build up a good sweat on the mat. We get our heart rate up at times and strengthen from tip to toe!
Our Mat classes incorporate the use of small equipment, such as the magic circle, soft ball, looped bands, sliders, foam rollers , etc.
All of our Mat Pilates classes end with a 5 minute cool down & stretch.

Clinical / Private & Semi Private Pilates
Private session are personally tailored to each individual based on your goals and lifestyle. Your individual program is thoughtfully designed to ensure and that you grow from each session. You will work the entire body, increasing your strength, flexibility, range of motion and balance.
Our studio offers the entire studio pilates equipment during these sessions. Whether you are looking for a challenging workout, healing your body from an injury, surgery, emotional trauma, athletic training or want to alleviate stress or anxiety, we offer programs for every single body.
Initial Private Pilates sessions are required before moving onto Semi Private sessions, so that a full program can be tailored to your goals and needs. Get in touch via email to book a session.

Stretch & Mobility
Stretch & Mobility is the perfect class to release tension, stress and chronic pain that can build up as we churn through our busy lives.
This class uses progressive stretching & mobility techniques to help achieve greater range of motion within your muscles & joints.
In this class we will practice both passive & dynamic stretching, along with specific joint mobility training. Think of it as strength training for your joints!
You will walk out of class feeling worked along with a sense of release, alignment and armed with stretches that can be done even at home.
